What is the shipping policy?
We use Australia Post for delivery of all orders. The orders are dispatched from Adelaide within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Worldwide Standard Post - Free Delivery times are 3 - 5 business days. Due to Australia Post freight delays, standard post parcels can take longer than usual.
Express Post - $8.99 Delivery times are 1 - 2 business days for metropolitan areas.
International Standard - Free Delivery times are 7 -10 business days. Due to Australia Post freight delays, standard post parcels can take longer than usual.
International Express Post - $15.00 delivery times are 5-7 business days.
New Zealand Express Post - $7.99 delivery times are 2-5 business days.

What is the Return Policy?
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please send us an email via our contact form highlighting the reasons you're unsatisfied with the product.
It is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.
To return unused product(s) it must be in its original unbroken packaging and within 30 days of receipt for a refund. (excluding sale items)
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Please note The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 48 hours.
Can I change the style, color or size of a purchased product after an order is placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Vishelp.au@gmail.com immediately after purchasing for the best chance of us catching the order before it has began the despatch process. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouses, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Most orders are shipped within 12 hours. In the case that we're unable to amend your order, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure.
